At the present time, we are seeking a Lead Dining Room Server to work in the busy dining room of our luxury assisted living residence. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, providing a positive and up-scale first impression and ensuring Resident/Guests receive prompt, courteous and efficient service in the Dining Room. 

Full Time Schedule to include one weekend shift per week (Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday) day shift

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Helps Dining Room Manager prepare work schedule for Dining Room personnel
• Assign wait staff and bus staff to their stations on each shift
• Ensure that all dining room systems are functional before, during and after meals
• Constantly observes food delivery, table satisfaction and bussing procedures
• Maintain safety standards at all times
• Maintain records of Guest checks
• Oversee cleanliness of dining room and kitchen areas assigned to wait staff
• Participate in offsite events, holiday parties and special onsite events
• Other duties as assigned by the Dining Room Manager or Food Service Director

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be willing to wait on tables and run a station
• Must be friendly and courteous to residents and fellow staff members
• Must be a team player with a positive attitude
• Must be able to carry a tray of about 30 pounds on shoulder
